Given that my internship will end in May 2021, my therapy services will be time-limited (approximately 4 months), so I aim to work with a solution-focused approach. At the end of our time working together, I will provide referrals and resources to best support you in continuing your care if you so choose. I am based in St. Louis, Missouri. Due to COVID-19, all therapy services will be offered via Telehealth, so I am able to offer counseling to clients across Missouri. Appointments last approximately 50 minutes and will be weekly or every other week at a standing appointment time. As a pre-licensed intern, my counseling services are entirely free of charge. I provide consultations based both in my own lifed experience as a queer, gender-queer, Autistic person, as well as my years of experience working as a therapist and sexuality educator. My commitment is to providing a non-judgmental, open, empowering, and curious environment for discussing whatever may come up, and my hope is that you will walk away with your questions answered (though new questions will likely arise!), expanded resources for learning and supporting clients, new considerations, deeper curiousity, and more confidence. Specific areas and topics I can provide support around include, but are not limited to: client identity exploration/development regarding sexuality or gender providing letters of support for trans clients seeking gender affirming care working with non-monogamous or polyamorous clients or clients who are curious about exploring non-monogamy examining and unpacking your personal biases around queerness, sexuality, and/or gender building you practice based in LGBTQIA+ affirmative care, such as in paperwork and the intake process supporting clients’ exploration of safe kink practices providing inclusive, affirming therapy for Autistic and ADHD clients, without operating from a desire to “fix” or “treat” these neurotypes. I offer 30 minute consultations for $75, or 55 minute consultations for $150. I am open to offering sliding scale when these rates are not accessible.
