Counseling
Structure
As a current MSW student, I am interning under the supervision of Nicole Landwehr, LCSW. Given that my internship will end in May 2021, my therapy services will be time-limited (approximately 4 months), so I aim to work with a solution-focused approach. At the end of our time working together, I will provide referrals and resources to best support you in continuing your care if you so choose.
I am based in St. Louis, Missouri. Due to COVID-19, all therapy services will be offered via Telehealth, so I am able to offer counseling to clients across Missouri. Appointments last approximately 50 minutes and will be weekly or every other week at a standing appointment time. As a pre-licensed intern, my counseling services are entirely free of charge.
Getting Started
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your goals and expectations for therapy. After the initial consultation, we will decide together whether we are a good fit. If so, we will schedule our first appointment. If not, I can offer a list of referrals to help you in your search. If you are interested in a consultation, please fill out the form below!
You might find me a good fit if…

You’re in a non-traditional relationship, or want to learn about and explore alternative relationship structures
You want to learn skills for better communication, stress management, or boundary setting
You want to engage with your therapist collaboratively and on a human-to-human level
You’re interested in exploring issues around sexuality or partnership
You want a counselor who will validate the realities of societal oppressions such as homophobia, misogyny, racism, transphobia, and fatphobia
